Aggra Upa Ella (Agra Upa Ella) adjacent to the left of Agra Waterfall Power Station. The stream originates in the Ambewela Jungles. Both waterfalls are nearby, and flow to Agra reservoir, before flowing to Mahaweli River.

Agra Upa Falls lies on the old road to Agarapatha,  Dayagama road to Horton Plains which is now closed at the boundary of the Horton Plains. You can hike the rest of the way and reach the visitor centre of Horton Plains.

Also, you can hike from the Horton Plains Visitor Center along the closed motorway for approximately 8.5 km to reach this point.
