This 3m-high Kelvin Falls is situated near the hamlet of Windsor Kelle (Windsor Forest) and flows down a 1050m slope to the Wee River. The nearest town is Nawalapitiya – head down the Dolosbage Mountain road and then take the road towards Windsor Kelle to find the fall.
The journey can be undertaken in any vehicle and a convenient place to stay is the Kitulgala rest-house.
