The Walawe Ganga Hulan Ella Falls also called Walawe Ganga West Falls. This 30m-high fall originates from a rainforest. To the east is Doowili Falls and there is another to the west. Take the Balangoda – Kaltota road via Wekiliya and Watawala to Mulgama. The journey of 8km is best undertaken in a four-wheel drive vehicle. The Balangoda rest-house is 22km away.

The road to Mulgama lies on the Pambahinna – Kumbagama – Rajawaka – Kapugala Road (B593) which connects to Kaltota – Balangoda Road from one side and Pambahinna (passing Belihul Oya) on the other side.
