“Bubula” is a natural water spring lying close to the Bibile town. The three springs lying close to each other output 16 litres of water per second and 10 people can bath at the three wells anytime. From ancient times, these wells were used by the pilgrims who were travelling to Kataragama to bathe and clean up.

The site lies about 500 metres from Bibile town on the Bibile – Madagama – Nakkala Road (B56). This is the road which leads to Monaragala from Bibile.
