To find the 30m Menik Ganga Dunhinda Ella Falls travel in the Badalkumbura Buttala Road for 5 km and come to the Old Gamsaba or the Old Village Council Road. Again travel along the right side of the above-mentioned road for a distance of about 2 km. Here, a footpath is found leading towards a woodlot.
Walk through the jungle until the Pigeon Falls (Also called Pariyan Falls) is encountered. A further ½ km trek following this fall and the river Menik Ganga lead to enchanting Menik Gange Dunhinda Falls.
The Lanka Council on Waterfalls (LCWF) Database lists this waterfall as being in Ratnapura. This a mistake and the district this waterfall belongs to is Monaragala.
