Height :45 meters
District :Ratnapura

Pandioya Falls is 45m in height and is enclosed by woodland. Its name derives from the ‘pandi’ (Garra ceylonensis) species of fish that are a formidable sight swimming upstream along the rocks, against the flow of water. The fall’s source is the Pandi River, which springs from the nearby Bathgurula Mountain (1045m), southwest of the Sri Pada Reserve. It later flows to the Kalu Ganga River. Bambarakande Mountain provides a stunning backdrop.

There are 2 waterfalls at the top of the Pandi Oya steam which could be possibly Madanagiri Ella and the Pandioya Ella. The two waterfalls are at the same level probably on two streams, one falling onto the Pandi Oya. It’s not easy to climb up to the waterfalls.
