Gal Ekka Ella waterfall is one of the unknown waterfalls formed by the Kirindi Oya River close to Bandarawela. This rather obscure waterfall lies beneath the Gal Ella rail bridge. The closest railway station is Kinigama Railway Station. From here you need to walk along the railway track 1.15 kilometres towards the Heeloya railway station.
The best time to see this waterfall is during the rainy season. This waterfall is not listed in the LCWF database.
