The source of the 30m-high Dodam Gallena Ella (Dodan Gallena Ella) Fall springs from the Dangadova Mountain and flows via Bullathgama to the Walaweganga River. Take the Balangoda road towards Wewelwatte for 4 km to Medakanda to find this waterfall.
The LCWF lists this waterfall close to another fall called Meddekana Ella at 18m. Based on the photos Meddekanda and Dodam Gal Lena are likely referring to the same waterfall submitted by two separate individuals to LCWF. Any clarifications – please inform amazinglanka.
