King Vikkama-Pandu (Vikkamapandu or Vikrama Pandita) was the son of Mahale Kitti, a ruler of the southern principality of Ruhuna (Rohana), and reigned during a period of Cola occupation in Rajarata. His rule is generally dated to 1042–1043 CE.

He is chiefly remembered in historical sources as a highly learned and scholarly ruler.

King Udaya IV (identified as Udaya III in certain chronological traditions) was a ruler of the Second Lambakaṇṇa Dynasty who governed the Anuradhapura Kingdom for eight years, from 946 to 954 CE. He succeeded King Sena III and is remembered for successfully launching a counter-offensive against the Cholas.

King Sena III, referred to as Sen in Sinhalese sources, ruled the Anuradhapura Kingdom for nine years, from 938 to 946 CE. His reign followed a period of acute internal instability during the rule of his predecessor, Udaya III.

King Udaya III was a ruler of the Second Lambakanṇa Dynasty who reigned for approximately three years. Prior to ascending the throne, he served first as Adipāda and was later appointed Yuvarāja in the twelfth year of King Dappula V’s reign.

King Dappula V, (identified as Dappula IV in several modern chronological lists) was a ruler of the Second Lambakanṇa Dynasty who governed the Anuradhapura Kingdom for twelve years, from 924 to 935 CE. Prior to his accession, he served as Uparaja under the preceding monarch, Dappula IV.

King Dappula IV, identified in some chronological traditions as Dappula III, was a ruler of the Second Lambakanṇa Dynasty who reigned for a very brief period in 923 CE. His rule lasted only seven months, and he died in 924 CE. He was succeeded by King Dappula V, who is considered to have been his younger brother.

King Kassapa V was a ruler of the Second Lambakanṇa Dynasty, reigning for approximately nine years from 914 CE. He ascended to the throne following the death of his uncle, King Kassapa IV. He was a deeply learned and scholarly monarch who also compiled the Dampiyā-aṭuvā-gäṭapada, a Sinhalese glossary of the Dhammapada.

King Kassapa IV, referred to in the Sinhalese chronicles as Kasup in the Pujavaliya and Kasub in the Rajavaliya, was a ruler of the Second Lambakanṇa Dynasty who reigned for seventeen years, from 898 to 914 CE. According to his inscriptions, he bore the royal title Sirisarighabodhi (Sirisaigbo).

King Udaya II, referred to as Udaya I in earlier chronological traditions, was a ruler of the Second Lambakanṇa Dynasty who reigned over ancient Sri Lanka from 887 to 898 CE. He succeeded his elder brother, the renowned King Sena II, and continued a period of political stability.

King Sena II, also known by his Sinhalese name Mugayin-väsi Sen, ruled the Anuradhapura Kingdom from 853 to 887 CE and is remembered as one of the most powerful and successful monarchs of the Second Lambakanṇa Dynasty. His reign marked a decisive attack on the Pandyan Kingdom, killing their King.

King Sena I, who bore the royal title Silāmegha, was the second son of King Dappula II and the younger brother of King Aggabodhi IX, who ruled from 831 to 833 CE. He ascended the throne in 833 CE after the death of his elder brother and reigned for twenty years. Upon his death, the kingship passed to his nephew, King Sena II.

King Aggabodhi IX, known as Pesulu Akbo in the Pujavaliya, was the son of King Dappula III, who ruled from 815 to 831 CE. He ascended the throne in 831 CE following the death of his father and reigned for four years. After his death, the throne passed to his son, King Sena I. His reign is described as largely peaceful, with no major events recorded.

King Dappula III, referred to as Dapalu in both the Pujavaliya and Rajavaliya, was the youngest of the three sons of King Udaya I (797-801 CE), who is also identified in certain sources as Dappula II. Dappula III ascended the throne in 815 CE following the death of his elder brother, King Aggabodhi VIII, and ruled for a period of sixteen years. Upon his death, he was succeeded by his son, King Aggabodhi IX.
