St. Catherine’s Seat, situated in the upper division of Nayabedda Tea Estate provides breathtaking views of Bandarawela, Diyatalawa and the surrounding mountains of the Uva Basin. Nayabedda tea estate is located in the Poonagala hills and has plenty of scenic views of the surrounding mountain range.

Adi Hate Wala Ella Waterfall is another relatively unknown waterfall hidden deep inside the jungles off Pasara. The base pool of this waterfall is better known by the people in the area as Adi Hate Wala (the 60 feet waterhole) which is said to be about 60 feet deep.
Milla Ella Falls (Gona Wetuna Ella ) waterfall lies deep in the jungles off Milla Badda Temple. Access to this fall is difficult and should use a guide.
Lipton’s Seat, considered the number one attraction in Haputale is a viewpoint on the Poonagala Mountain on Dambethanne Tea Estate. The view from here is considered only rival to Worlds End view at Horton Plains.
