Analaitivu or Analaitheevu (Sinhala: අන්නලදූව)  is a small island off the coast of Jaffna Peninsula in north Sri Lanka. The only access to the island is by boat or ferry from Karainagar, Kayts or Eluvaitivu Jetties.

The island is fairly populated and 3 wheelers  can be hired to visit the island. But the only language they understand is tamil. Though the language is not much of a barrier to strike a deal for a tour, ability to understand or speak tamil will be definitely an advantage.

The island has nothing much to offer except coral parapet walls and typical Tamil villages and clean sandy roads. At the northern edge of the island is an cement tower standing tall on the beach. The tower is built on top of a square platform on the beach. On top the platform is a cylindrical tower built in 5 segments, each slightly smaller than the other. This tower has been probably built during the colonial times and is said to be a fire lighthouse or functioned as a trigonometric station. Unfortunately no other information has been found to access the true use of this tower.
