Mahadoraliyadda Ella Waterfall lies 4 km before the Victoria Dam Observation Room. The waterfall is best observed from the Bridge over the edge of the reservoir. The waterfall lies about 120 meters away in the land side and falls directly onto the edge of the Victoria Reservoir.
Travelling from Kandy, Take the Mahiyangana Road past Kundasale, Oruthota and turn to the road which leads to the Victoria Observation Room just before Medamahanuwara. Travel 4.5 km along the road to reach the 60-meter-long Mahadoraliyadda Bridge where you can see the fall on the land side.
This waterfall is not listed in the LCWF.
