The structure features two entrances on the short walls, one at the front and one at the back.

At Pannala Junction, turn onto Muruthawa Road and continue for 5 kilometres until you arrive at a junction where a small new temple has been constructed opposite the Ambalama. The Ambalama is situated on a piece of land with a house located behind it.
