The 11m Naya Kadura Ella Falls fall is situated in Alawaththagoda village in the Monaragala District, in the Bibile Secretariat Division, and the nearest town is Bibile. Follow the Badulla road to the 32nd mile post, where a road runs through the mountains to Allawaththagoda village. After 2km the fall can be seen in the Doraboda mountain range.

Travel Directions to Alawaththagoda Naya Kadura Falls
From Bibile travel towards Lunugala on the A5 road. Pass Alawaththagoda and travel about 1.5 km towards Arawakumbura to pass a large bridge. From the next bridge and walk upstream a distance to find the waterfall.
Traveling further 1 ½ km towards Arawakumbura, you can also reach Arawakumbura Dunhida falls.
