Serunuwara Neelapola Track 14 Ruins are located in the Track 14 paddy field within the Neelapola Grama Niladhari Division, which lies on the border of the Seruwawila and Mutur Divisional Secretariat areas. It is situated about 1 km slightly northwest of the Dehiwatta Neelapola Rajamaha Viharaya, amidst the paddy fields. The easiest way to reach it is to pass the Neelapola Rajamaha Viharaya, go another 500 meters, and then travel approximately 600 meters northeast through the paddy fields along the irrigation canal.

This is truly a very important ruined site, containing the remains of a rather large stupa. Overall, the ruins are scattered across an area of about 1.5 acres. The stupa here has been excavated and destroyed by treasure hunters to a depth of about 5 feet. Currently, this stupa, which is now a mound of earth and bricks covered by bushes, has an inclined height of about 15 feet. Layers of bricks are visible deep within the pit dug by the treasure hunters, and large, flat bricks are scattered around.

In addition, there is a mound with about 12 short stone pillars, belonging either to a Tampita Viharaya (a temple on pillars) or another building. Several other fallen stone pillars can also be seen in the vicinity. To the south of the ruined site, at a distance of 75-150 feet, large quantities of broken roof tiles and pottery fragments are found in the depressions of the paddy lands. Based on the constructions found here, there is no doubt that this site was built during the early Anuradhapura period.
