Ayagama Minee Ella Waterfall is a 10 meter waterfall lying on Heen Ganga in Gangodakanda Division in Ayagama. It is 15-20 meters wide and full width of the waterfall can be seen only after a rain. According to villagers, this waterfall was earlier known as  Gamith Kanda Falls (ගමිත් කන්ද ඇල්ල). However after multiple deaths were reported on this fall, it became to known as Minee Ella which literary means “Corpse Waterfall“.

It is said that 2 couples had jumped to death from this fall, an intoxicated boy had fallen off from the top and some cows which had been washed away due to a flash flood upstream had been found dead at this fall.

This site is quite popular as a bathing place due to shallow pools and the ease of access. To reach the waterfall from Horana, travel upto the Dumbara Estate passing Ingiriya and take the iron bridge across Kalu Ganga river and travel towards Ayagama passing Kasimani Ella waterfall for a total distance of 17.5 km. The waterfall lies just before the Sri Punyawardhanaramaya Temple.
